Introduction
Executives need concise, reliable project information to make timely decisions. This five-day course teaches how to design and deliver clear, decision-focused project reports and dashboards. Participants practice turning project data into a one-page status, a board-ready narrative, and a repeatable reporting cycle. The course emphasizes governance, escalation, and the link between metrics and strategic choices.

3. Convert raw project data into accurate dashboard visuals and a short written narrative for boards.
4. Run a monthly steering meeting using a standard agenda that surfaces decisions and escalations.
5. Establish data-source mapping, validation checks, and a simple governance process to maintain report integrity.
